My M1 Spend Visa™ debit card is damaged or lost 

Your security is our priority. Notify M1 as soon as possible if your debit card has been compromised, lost, or damaged. 

 

Desktop 

1. Click the “Spend” tab

3. Click “Contact support."

Mobile

1. Tap the “Spend” tab. Click “Manage Card."

2. Tap “Issues with your card?”
