Change my connected bank

If this is your first time connecting a bank with M1, check out this step by step guide. 

 

If you do not have a Spend account 

If you do not have a Spend account, you can connect a new bank by following the instructions below:  

Mobile 

1. Tap the menu button at the top left (≡)

2. Tap "Bank Connection"

3. Tap "Change Bank"

4. Click “Confirm

Web 

1. Click the "Bank Connection" tab

2. Click "Change Bank"

3. Click confirm

If you have M1 Spend, our support team will need to manually remove your bank connection  

Please contact us to confirm that you want us to remove your current bank account. Once we remove it, you can add another.  

There can only be one bank connected to your account at a time.
