If you’ve made a purchase at a qualifying brand and you have not received the Owner’s Rewards that you expected, please reach out to our Client Success team.
Please provide the following in your email:
- The purchase amount. Please approximate if you don’t know the exact amount.
- The selected merchant the purchase was made from.
- The expected Owner’s Rewards you believe you should have received.
- The date of the transaction.
It can take up to 3 business days to earn rewards on a company that was just added to your portfolio.
All disputes must be made within 30 days of the rewards payout date in order to be investigated.
