What do I do if my card has been lost, stolen, compromised or damaged? 

Your security is our priority. Please notify us as soon as possible if your debit card has been compromised, lost, or damaged. 

 

Web 

1. Click “Spend” 

2. Click the credit card icon 

3. Click “Manage Card”. 

4. Click “Contact Support.”

You can also temporarily lock your card from this screen.  

 

5. Dial the number displayed on screen to contact the M1 Owner’s Rewards Card team. They are available Monday-Friday from 8 am-8 pm CT and Saturday from 9 am-2 pm CT.

Replacement cards generally take 7-10 business days to arrive following a request.  

 

Mobile 

1. Tap on the “Spend” tab 

2. Click the credit card icon 

3. Tap “Manage Card” 

4. Tap “Issues with your card?”
