I’ve received a call from M1 Fraud Prevention Services. What should I do? 

If suspicious activity is detected on your M1 Spend VISA® Debit Card, your card may be automatically locked until you verify your identity and recent activity. 

 

You’ll receive a call from the M1 Fraud Prevention Team, (855) 217-1751, asking you to verify your identity and recent activity. If you miss the call, they’ll leave a voicemail and you can call them back at (855) 217-1751. Our Agents are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

 

If you verify your identity and the activity in question over the phone, your card may be unlocked. 

 

If the activity is determined to be fraudulent, they may keep your card locked to preserve your finances.
